Hey... I'm Rachel, Turning 30 was a big deal to me: it made me realize lots of things. One of those being it was time to start taking better care of myself. So, I became a vegetarian and started a workout routine. Along the way, I've discovered tons of health and fitness products. Some are great, some are okay, and some are a big fat waste of money. I created this blog to give you the low down on health and fitness products, but I'll also be posting my workout routine, weight loss and muscle building tips, and even some healthy recipes.
